Christopher Chappell has spent more than 30 years inside the mining, earthmoving, construction and manufacturing industries — on the tools, on site, and in the boardroom. Across C-level and general manager roles at organisations including WesTrac, Signcraft, Australian Remanufacturing and the Thriveni Mining/PT Darma Henwa joint venture, Christopher has run the businesses being advised, not just studied them from the outside: the fleet decisions, the labour cost, the contract that looked fine on paper and wasn’t.
That operating experience is paired with formal rigour — a Six Sigma Black Belt in continuous improvement and an MBA (Hons) — so that what looks like a problem is confirmed as one, with data, before a single change is recommended.
Christopher founded ZeroEver on a simple observation: most operational waste in mining and earthmoving isn’t hidden. It’s just never been looked at properly, by someone who has actually run the operation. HELP · PEOPLE · SEE is the method built from that observation — helping the people inside a business see what an outsider would otherwise have to tell them.
